3-storey hotel located at the center of greater Philadelphia area. The boutique hotel has categorized as a 5-star luxury hotel. Have to meet ADA requirement.

Programming
The Boutique restaurant serves for 80 people companion with a bar and dancing pool, one Reception room, one lounge area and a family room. 
Hotel rooms including one ADA accessible room, two double-bed room, one king-bed room and one grand room on each floor. 

Concept: The number three has played an important role in the design, both space planning, and the decorative elements.
